I have trouble with those year too, though I find '93 to be a cut above 94-95. The only real drawback in '93 is Jerry's often inappropriate use of the clear tone. On some songs it really seemed to work, but it took the crunch out of others. Either way, the musicianship was far better in 93 than it was in 92 and better than it would be in 94-95. I'm also warming up a little more to '84 these days. You need to know what to look for, but there are some diamonds in there.

Any year that can produce Augusta's Dew has got to have something going for it.

It is true that if you look hard enough, 84 does have some fine shows to be had.

To each his own though. As always, the pretentious effluvium that spews from my oral cavity on a regular basis is only personal opinion based on my own likes and dislikes.

Bingo on 93 Jerry. Saw the Autzen stadium shows, which many heads rave over. There was just something missing.
